At University Investments of Cincinnati, we believe quality off-campus student housing options are important for the educational success of our renters. We own and operate a number of rentals within walking distance to the university. Our buildings were built between 1840 and the 1920s, all located in a very old area of town. Most are duplexes or apartment buildings, although we have some single-family homes. Our rentals have all been updated to meet the needs of today’s renter.
